Fuquay-Varina, NC:

On November 29th the town of Fuquay-Varina will hold their annual Christmas tree lighting at 6:00 pm at the Main/Vance St. parking lot. There will also be choir singing and a visit from Santa!


Cary, NC:

From November 29th-December 1st the Cary Academy Holiday Shoppe will be returning to the Sports and Education Annex on the Cary Academy Campus. 100 vendors will be set up here. There is no tax charged on Holiday Shoppe purchases!


Knightdale, NC:

Knightdale’s annual Tree Lighting will be held on November 30th from 6:00-8:00 pm. Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, and the head elves will be there along with activities, food vendors, music, and other performances.

Hillsborough, NC:

November 29th-December 22nd the Burwell School Historic Site will be hosting the Gingerbread House Exhibit. You will be able to see many gingerbread house exhibits and even vote on your favorite for the “People’s Choice” awards.

Chapel Hill, NC:
Downtown Chapel Hill’s Community Tree Lighting Ceremony will be help on December 2nd at 6:00 pm. There will be caroling by the church choir along with Santa and Mrs. Claus.

Durham, NC:

Immanuel Baptist Church is hosting Christmas Craft Bazaar & Vendor Fair on December 1st from 9:00 am-1:00 pm. There will be 15 vendors, a silent auction, bake sale, 50/50 raffle, and BBQ sandwiches for sale.

The Patchwork Holiday Market will be on December 1st-2nd from 12:00-5:00 pm. There will be over 120 vendors throughout the two days, featuring handmade arts and crafts. Each day there will be a new set of vendors.
